ANALYSIS OF COMPONENTS OF CRITERIA THAT RELATE TO THE TECHNOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS WHICH CAUSES TRANSPORT COMPANIES
The purpose. Methodical approach to compare models of reforming urban transport taking into account technological consequences. Methods. To solve the problems of this class in the work proposed to apply a systematic approach, methods of rational problem solving and strategic planning for a particular scenario. Results. Based on the analysis it can be stated that the introduction of sound components of the above criteria will determine the optimum ratio of different modes of transport in the big city, taking into account the technological implications that cause the transport company. Scientific novelty. Was further developed method for determining costs that are receive citizens of the city the participants of road traffic accidents (RTA) and insurance companies to pay for medical services in connection with the survivors or their families, based on indicators such as the number of people injured or died in an accident, and the cost of treating injured or insurance payments for the life of the deceased. Methodical bases of an estimation of costs from the effects of technological corks, which are idle as city residents and businesses trucks that allowed the calculation of the total cost of separately lost time employees during the year and losses arising from the delay of delivery enterprises of the city to the customers. Improved methodical approach to compare models of reforming urban transport, which is in contrast to the existing allows us to estimate the losses of insurance companies and individual residents to pay for the consequences of accidents with injury and loss of life, as well as assess the impact of technological corks, which are idle urban passenger transport and trucks enterprises. Accounting for these factors will allow the city executive authorities to take evidence-based decisions on the development of passenger transport of large cities in the future.
