Analytical Method Research on China's Transitional Economic Practice: With an Explanation of the Reasonable Logic of the "Beijing Consensus"
In contrast to the consciously designed transitional patterns in Middle and East European countries, China's economic transitional practice stems from how to solve people's livelihood problems. This became the benchmark for performance measurement. Economic transition is a gradual process of institution formation and thus there is no linear relationship between transitional process, performance, and anticipated objective. The article explains a certain reasonable logic behind the transformation through indexing, including performance principle, adaptive ability, and innovative ability. Lessons can be learned from China's successful practices and we try to shed light on the meaning of "Beijing Consensus."
