Antecedents of Organizational Learning Leading to Employee Performance : A Moonlighting Mediated Model
Purpose – This study mainly focus on measuring the effect on the job performance of employees working in more than one company. This research project helps to analyze the job performance using different variables of moonlighting employees working in Indian workspaceDesign/methodology/approach – This study uses a hypothesis that can be drawn from related hypothesis testing, quantifiable variables that can be measured with a 1–5 Likert scale, literature. Inference can be drawn on the performance of moonlighting employees from a sample of 407 respondents through the Questionnaire that was circulates using social media platforms. This study uses IBM SPSS and IBM AMOS software to conduct various tests and analyses.Findings – The results display a positive relationship between variables that leads to the job performance of the employees working in more than one particular job. Originality – the authors aim to measure the moonlighting in the employees working in educational institutions using different variables. Also, the job performance of the employees is measured using two different variables by the author, thus seeking to verify its impact on employee performance and job satisfaction
