Apport du Knowledge Management dans l'amélioration de la prise de décision dans une Organisation
Ces dernières années, un engouement particulier a été consacré pour " les ressources humaines " et " le travail collaboratif ". Cette combinaison miraculeuse a été baptisée " Knowledge Management ". En faisant référence aux théories évolutionnistes de la firme, il faut considérer la connaissance détenue par le personnel comme étant un facteur clef de succès de l'entreprise. Il convient, par voie de conséquence, de lui accorder une place privilégiée. Il faut donc, pour accroître la compétitivité de l'entreprise, trouver une méthode pour formaliser, fédérer, organiser et développer l'ensemble des connaissances. Le " Knowledge Management " s'intéresse à la culture, aux outils et aux capacités de création et d'assimilation du flux de connaissances dans les communautés de pratique où la communication est souvent "non structurée". La " Business Intelligence " focalisée sur des données structurées, s'intéresse aux processus, aux technologies et aux stratégies pour nettoyer des données transactionnelles et opérationnelles, analyser des modèles dans ces données, découvrir et extraire les pépites orientées vers la performance, élaborer des rapports et tableaux de bord rapporter cette information aux managers leur permettant de prendre une des décisions appropriées. Les deux champs se complètent bien à des niveaux élevés de stratégie. Une synergie entre " KM " et " BI " aide les organismes à maintenir une performance consistante, à améliorer la satisfaction client et à innover dans la production de nouveaux produits et services. Cela implique une appréciation adéquate du rôle de l'écoute client, le support aux processus de la connaissance, et le choix des meilleurs partenaires. Le but de cette étude est d'établir une relation entre le " Business Intelligence " et en particulier " le BSC " et le " Knowledge Management ". Elle se base sur l'hypothèse de la chaîne des causes et effets émise par Kaplan et Norton dans leur livre " Balanced Scorecard ".
