Die Auswirkungen der Immobilienkrise auf institutionelle Investoren in Bezug auf sichere Investments verbunden mit einer steigenden Nachfrage und geänderten Wertentwicklungsstrategien bei Wohnimmobilien
Ziel der Bachelorarbeit ist es, die Auswirkungen der Immobilienkrise auf das Verhalten institutioneller Investoren in Deutschland aufzuzeigen. Hierbei wird zunächst der Hintergrund der Krise näher betrachtet. Anschließend wird untersucht, inwieweit sich die Anforderungen und Aspekte von Wertentwicklungsstrategien verändert haben undwelche Bedeutung diese hinsichtlich des sicherheitsbewussten undwertschöpfungsorientierten Handelns der Anleger haben. Danach erfolgt eine Beschreibung der Nachfragesituation des Wohnimmobiliensektors vor und nach Ausbruch der Krise. Abschließend wird die zunehmende Bedeutung des Real Estate Asset Management erläutert. Zusätzlich wird eine Prognose über das zukünftige Investitionsverhalten der Anleger und damit verbundene Entwicklungen des Immobilienmarktes gestellt.
