Automatic Unmanned Railway Gate Control Using Solar and Object Sensor

This paper discusses about solar based automatic unmanned railway gate using object sensor was used to avoid accident both on the gate and on the track. It consists of two IR sensors and by using those sensors the accident was avoided in the gate. If the vehicle got struck on the railway track during the closing of railway gate, the ultrasonic wave travel and touches the body of the object and reflected back. The reflected waves are received by the receiver on the train; the distance was measured and displayed on the digital display to the train driver.
