Sustainability could be explained as the capacity of a system to exist in the present and thrive well in the future. For any business, to thrive well and make profit, sustainability has become the norm of the day. In this paper, an attempt has been made to study the sustainable practices of Berkshire Books Pvt Ltd, Chennai branch. The Case study method had been adopted to conduct an in depth study into the practices of the company. The chapter throws light on the concepts of business sustainability, the scenario in India and the existing practices of Berkshire Books. After detailed discussions with the Company's manager, suggestions have been added at the end of the section, to make the business more sustainable
