Belastungen am Arbeitsplatz: Welche Arbeitsbedingungen gehen mit Problemen bei der Stellenbesetzung einher?
Wenn Arbeitskräfte knapper werden, treten Betriebe vermehrt in einen Wettbewerb um neue Mitarbeiter. Dabei müssen sie sich als attraktive Arbeitgeber präsentieren. Neben dem angebotenen Lohn spielen hier beispielsweise auch Arbeitsbedingungen eine nicht unerhebliche Rolle. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Arbeitsbedingungen durchaus eine Rolle im Stellenbesetzungsprozess spielen können. Verbesserungen müssen dabei nicht nur dem Arbeitnehmer zugutekommen. Sie könnten auch einen Beitrag zur Arbeitgeberattraktivität leisten und damit Potenzial für einen schnelleren und problemloseren Prozess der Personalrekrutierung sowie für die Leistungsfähigkeit der Betriebe bieten.
