Berufswechsel zu Beginn der Covid-19-Pandemie: Nur geringe Auswirkungen auf Erwerbsverläufe
Beschäftigte, die zu Beginn der Covid-19-Pandemie ihren Beruf gewechselt haben, taten dies in einem krisenhaften Arbeitsmarktumfeld. Verglichen mit Berufswechseln im Vorjahr 2019 gingen den Untersuchungsergebnissen zufolge solche Berufswechsel im Frühjahr 2020 zunächst häufiger mit einer erhöhten Arbeitslosigkeit und Lohneinbußen einher. Diese Nachteile konnten jedoch meist bis zum Jahresende 2020 ausgeglichen werden.
