Bezugsrechtsemissionen in optionspreistheoretischer Sicht Bezugsrechte dienen dazu, den Altaktionär vor Vermögensverlusten zu schützen. Die Höhe dieses Vermögensverlustes, d.h. der Wert des Bezugsrechts, beläuft sich nach herkömmlicher Betrachtungsweise auf die Differenz zwischen Kurs der Altaktie und "Mischkurs". Die Idee des Mischkurses ist aber nur haltbar, wenn unterstellt wird, daß die Bezugsrechte von ihren Erwerbern mit Sicherheit ausgeübt werden. Mithin beruht die klassische Bezugsrechtsformel auf der Annahme, daß die Plazierung junger Aktien keine Risiken birgt oder jedenfalls unabhängig vom Emissionspreis gelingt. In diesem Kontext haben auch Übernahmegeschäfte zwischen Emittenten und Emissionsbanken keine Existenzberechtigung. In diesem Beitrag wird versucht, die Schwächen der traditionellen Betrachtung mit Hilfe optionspreistheoretischer Ansätze zu überwinden. Die Analyse führt zu dem Resultat, daß die Emissionspreise junger Aktien auch auf perfekten Kapitalmärkten und bei homogenen Erwartungen nicht irrelevant sind
