Business park kao pristup industrijskom razvitku istocne Hrvatske

Taking into account initiating materials arid other relevant sources it can be concluded that industry of Eastern Croatia essentially lags behind the other parts of the country. In this consideration Eastern Croatia includes first of all the territory of County of Osijek-Baranja and County of Vukovar- Srijem. One of the very specific but very efficient approaches in the world is known as business park. This is as a matter of fact one industrial microzone, the realization of which depends upon general directives of state strategy of economic development in which it is implemented development of region. The objectives of research are necessary welfares for that region and even broader, and especially those not produced in a country or the imported ones. Mter established production according to kinds and quantities, there have been established institutional conditions, accelerated by the measures of fiscal, monetary, and financial policy. Along to industrial plants there have been formed research-developmental centres as warranties for development of new products and services, and appraisal of world technique-technological level and establishment of own future development.
