Chancengerechtigkeit am Arbeitsmarkt als Teil der HR-Strategie gegen Arbeits- und Fachkräftemangel

Das ifo Institut befragt im Auftrag von Randstad Deutschland quartalsweise deutsche HR-Abteilungen zu personalpolitisch relevanten Themen. In jedem Quartal werden in wechselnden Sonderfragen aktuelle arbeitsmarktrelevante Fragestellungen untersucht. Das aktuelle Thema befasst sich mit der Chancengerechtigkeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, wie diese mehr gewährleistet werden kann und warum sie in Bezug auf den Arbeits- und Fachkräftemangel wichtig ist. 47 % der Unternehmen ergreifen Maßnahmen, um die Teilhabe und Chance aller potenziellen Arbeitnehmenden am Arbeitsmarkt zu gewährleisten, weitere 22% planen dies. Bei knapp einem Drittel der Unternehmen ist dies nicht Teil der HR-Strategie. Die häufigste Entwicklungsmöglichkeit für mehr Chancengerechtigkeit sehen Unternehmen bei Chancen für Menschen mit Behinderung sowie dem Einstieg für Menschen mit niedrigem Bildungshintergrund und Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund. Dabei stellen zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt die Flexibilisierung von Arbeitszeiten und Arbeitsstunden die von Unternehmen am häufigsten genutzten Tools für mehr Chancengerechtigkeit am Arbeitsmarkt dar.
