Chapter : Utility of Cycle of Money without the Escaping Savings (Protection of the Economy)

This chapter analyzes the utility of the cycle of money without escaping savings. The examination of the utility of the cycle of money without escaping savings is plausible through the utility of companies and the utility of the authorities. Then, in this scrutiny a simple system of derivatives about the utilities of the companies and the authorities is used. Moreover, it should be notified that estimations are subject to two conditions. Thence, after estimations utility graphs are extracted, which are used to obtain the behavior of the cycle of money without escaping savings.Should be mentioned that used the impact factor of financial liquidity, and the case of the impact factor of escaping savings should be mentioned that is considered approximately equal to zero. Escaping savings are the money saved in foreign banks and foreign economies, whereas enforcement savings correspond to money kept in local economy and banks. It is plausible to protect the economy by minimizing the escaping savings, as keeping money in local banks protects the financial system, and it is also plausible to reuse the money in the economy multiple times, according to the theory of CM (Cycle of Money).
