Comment La Médecine Translationnelle Redéfinit Progressivement Les Soins De Santé (How Translational Medicine is Progressively Redefining Healthcare)
French Abstract: La médecine translationnelle ou la recherche translationnelle est un terme générique qui couvre la recherche spécifique en sciences biologiques dont le but principal est d'augmenter l'espérance de vie humaine en nous gardant en bonne santé (de meilleures idées à une meilleure santé). Elle est synonyme de science médicale translationnelle, de recherche axée sur la maladie ou de recherche fondée sur des données probantes. La recherche translationnelle est particulière en raison de sa nature bidirectionnelle. On l'appelle communément l'approche B2B ou l'approche bench to bedside en anglais (du laboratoire au chevet du patient) car elle intègre des compétences cliniques et des observations ainsi que des hypothèses scientifiques utilisées par les chercheurs dans les laboratoires. Tout le concept fonctionne en boucle: du laboratoire au chevet au laboratoire. Il traduit les connaissances, compétences ou sciences d'un endroit à l'autre non seulement en se concentrant sur la Médecine traditionnelle des 4P (personnalisation, prévention, prédiction et participation) mais aussi en prenant en considération un autre 3 P: pourvoyer (formation du personnel), préemptif (recherche et développement), et point de soin (s'assurer que les soins de santé peuvent être prodigués n'importe quand n'importe où). Pour cette raison, la médecine translationnelle peut être considérée comme un changement de paradigme. Ce concept révolutionnaire montre comment les découvertes de la recherche peuvent se traduire par des thérapies efficaces… De plus, la compréhension de la pathologie de la maladie et des modèles précliniques (leur disponibilité, leur pertinence par rapport à la maladie et leur traductibilité) sont considérées comme des objectifs clés de la recherche translationnelle moderne ou de la médecine translationnelle. Ainsi, aujourd'hui, la pharmacogénomique ou la médecine personnalisée est un domaine en devenir et doit révolutionner la façon dont les patients sont traités car l'approche “taille unique.” est de plus en plus une chose du passé. La pathologie de la maladie incite les chercheurs à considérer nos matériels génétiques ou notre ADN en premier lieu en essayant d'inventer des médicaments ou des techniques médicales susceptibles d'améliorer l'espérance de vie à la naissance
