Company’s Flexibility Strategy Toward Digital Industry in Indonesia as a Response to Environmental Change and Its Impact to the Company Performance

This article describes the role of company’s strategic flexibility in the digital industry when responding to environmental change in business and occurs some possibilities of uncertainty and impacts. As a response and action to deal with this environmental change, company has to decide and adjust its strategy because it can promote and contribute to the performance of company. This researcher adapts the model introduced in previous research which combines two strategy schemes (complex and focus) as an independent variable from the flexibility strategy and then relates it to the company's performance and is accompanied by industry clock speed as a moderating variable
