Competent Foundry Creativity

The Foundry industry is rallying on a road between Dividends and Doom. Dividends will be due to technical impetus the industry invigourates in near future and doom if the physical condominium are allowed to sustain in a grossly deteriorating environment both due to lack of Quality and competitiveness. The euphoria in markets, unfortunately, is likely to favour the demeanor of the industry rather than help it. It therefore deserves a strategic confluence of technology, tools and practices to tide over the difficult waters. With this objective an attempt is made in this paper to map strategic founding compulsions. By modeling the viciousness in sub processes, the requisite vicissitudes in founding scenario @ creativity have further been objectively analysed in the paper. Drafting an outline to integrate the role of Quality management based on Juran’s trilogy vis-à-vis the addressal of several ills the majority of the foundry industry faces, the paper attempts to make a case for creatively reengineering the practices for sustainable operations
