Comprehensive Literature Review on International Business Relationship Management and Negotiations
The international business relationship management assists the business in maximizing the value of the services provider’s products, services, and capabilities and works with the service provider to ensure they understand the business needs and expectations they need to meet when delivering solutions. It stimulates, surfaces, and shapes demand across business functions like IT, Human Resources, and Finance, ensuring the potential value from meeting demand is captured, optimized, and recognized organizationally. With international business relationship management in place, organizations can achieve trusted teams acting beyond departmental borders, individually empowered employees looking outside their box, relationship centered in all aspects, infinite value, as it expands the focus of society from strategic partners, the value in satisfaction of personal purpose and societal impact. Due to widespread globalization of the market, international business relationship management has received considerable attention in international business. Relationship marketing has become one of a major aspect in relation to the success or failure of any business organization. With the globalization, it has introduce modern concepts and restored old practices from the business. One is the need to understand how people work in their culture. Not all cultures and their followers see it as a one-way train, which inevitably runs on rails that lead only to the western world or to a pale and authentic cultural imitation. This is especially important in the face of increasingly global business networks. Each country in its various forms includes one of these unique cultures. This paper is a comprehensive literature review performed on cross-cultural aspects of business negotiations use in some countries. To verify their differences and similarities, theoretical differences have to be extracted from the foundation. Important research and findings were emphasized in the study. For an example according to the study it can expose that there are both positive and negative impact of these business cultures. Guanxi encourages networking and business relationship building, but services in the context of Guanxi networks can sometimes lead to bribery or abuse. Even in joint ventures, misunderstandings sometimes cause problems between Chinese workers and Western management
