CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE DECREES AND OTHER LEGAL ACTS OF THE PRESIDENT OF ROMANIA
The terminology of legal acts through which the public administration acts was disputed between the Romanian doctrine and jurisprudence. Acts of authority perpetrated by the President of Romania, in the exercise of its duties, may be exclusively legal or political. Powers of the President of Romania are laid down in the Constitution and the various laws detailing the constitutional provisions. In exercising his powers, the President expresses also through administrative operations.
