In the Context of Organizational Sustainability; Evaluation of Organizational Agility, Business Continuity Management, High Reliability Organizations and Organizational Resilience Concepts with the Ecosystem Approach

In recent years, many new approaches have emerged regarding the effective and efficient management of organizations. These approaches are included in the literature with different disciplines and different perspectives. The main purpose of all these studies is to ensure sustainability. Among these, there are several approaches that focus on both process management and organizational development and strategic management. In this context, approaches such as organizational agility, business continuity management, high reliability organizations and organizational resilience, which have been among the activities of organizations in recent years, can be included. Generally, the above-mentioned approaches are considered one-dimensional or associated with each other in a hierarchical structure. Moreover, it cannot be said that each of these approaches is fully demonstrated in a holistic approach. In this study, all these topics will be evaluated from a different perspective. Each topic, which is the subject of this study, is closely related to each other and there are many sub-issues they share in common. Evaluating all these issues from a common point of view is important both in terms of preventing duplicate studies and achieving a more efficient result. However, considering that competent human resources are limited regarding these issues, examining these studies from an integrated perspective will accelerate the dissemination of the subject. With this in mind; considering that the concepts of agility, business continuity management, high reliability organizations and organizational resilience interact, we think that expressing it with an ecosystem model is a new and easily applicable approach. It is believed that testing this proposal through intensive research and further development will contribute to the international literature
