Corporate Defence : Are Stakeholders Interests Adequately Defended?

We are, to paraphrase Heraclitus, quot;in a constant state of fluxquot;. To survive in this unpredictable world, organisations themselves must maintain a flexible strategic approach towards corporate defence, and it is this strategic agility which will enable the organisation to quickly adapt in order to defend their own corporate landscape. In this increasingly menacing commercial world we find ourselves in, how many organisations actually have a corporate defence program in operation, or where exactly does responsibility for corporate defence actually rest within an organisation?
