Das Management strategischer Allianzen
In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wurden zunächst strategische Allianzen anhand ihrer besonderen Merkmale definiert und von anderen möglichen Formen der Zusammenarbeit abgegrenzt. Aufbauend auf dieser Definition wurde dann das Management strategischer Allianzen möglichst allgemeingültig beschrieben. Die Analyse des Managements strategischer Allianzen erfolgte im Rahmen eines Phasenkonzeptes (ähnlich dem des Projektlebenszykus). Zu den einzelnen Phasen des Konzeptes gehören die Planung, Verhandlung, Implementierung, Veränderung und Beendigung der strategischen Allianz. Diese Phasen werden durch ein Informationsmanagement und nut Hilfe ausgewählter Kontrollinstrumente gesteuert. Zur Erläuterung der Prozesse in den einzelnen Phasen wurden verschiedene theoretische Konzepte herangezogen. Hierzu zählten u.a. die Spieltheorie, die Anreiz-Beitragstheorie, der Ressourcenabhängigkeitsansatz, der Transaktionskostenansatz und Investitionstheorien. Jedes dieser theoretischen Konzepte ist in der Lage, bestimmte Phänomene in den einzelnen Phasen zu erklären, nicht jedoch die Prozesse in der strategischen Allianz insgesamt. Illustriert wurden die theoretischen Abhandlungen durch Beispiele aus der Unternehmenspraxis.
