Demande de travail et âge de la retraite
Cet article explore le rôle de la demande de travail des personnes âgées dans l’analyse des politiques de retraite et de préretraite. Plus précisément, nous utilisons les travaux de Lazear(1979) pour étudier le profil des salaires optimal au cours d’une carrière et l’âge de la retraite inclus dans le contrat signé par le travailleur et l’entreprise. Nous analysons ensuite comment dans un tel cadre, l’introduction d’un régime de préretraite affecte de façon transitoire le contrat négocié entre les deux parties. Nous montrons pourquoi les syndicats de travailleurs et de patrons peuvent se mettre d’accord pour défendre une telle politique de préretraite.
