A Europa encontra-se hoje perante um dos maiores desafios dos últimos 90 anos, fruto da visão menos atenta das classes dirigentes, neste trabalho pretendemos explicar e sustentar as políticas que conduziram a Europa a difícil situação em que hoje se encontra.Já vários autores falaram sobre este tema no entanto julgo que hoje com a presente situação que atinge praticamente todas as economias europeias julgo que este assunto é deveras importante para se compreender e talvez inverter esta tendência de secundarização da Europa face a novas potencias emergentes nomeadamente os denominados BRIC's.Europe is now facing one of the biggest challenges of the last 90 years, due to the less attentive vision of the ruling classes, this work attempts to explain and support the policies that led to the difficult situation in Europe today is.Several authors have already talked about this issue however I think today with this situation that affects practically all European economies I think this issue is quite important to understand and perhaps reverse this trend of loss of influence in Europe face the new emerging powers including the so-called BRICs
