Determining success factors for personal budgets among people with disabilities : a user perspective

Personal budgets for people with disabilities have been implemented in some Member States for some time, prompting the need to determine critical success factors for successful allocation and implementation of the budget. The focus of this research note is the perspective of the user. Its purpose is to examine the conditions that personal budgets must meet in order to be used in the best possible way by persons with disabilities.
