Die Generation Z im Mittelstand: Wie kleine und mittlere Unternehmen junge Mitarbeiter gewinnen können
War for talents - ein Begriff, der nicht nur international die HR-Units beschäftigt, sondern inzwischen auch im deutschen Mittelstand angekommen ist und als Bedrohung wahrgenommen wird. Der zunehmende Mangel an Fach- und Führungskräften führt vielerorts bereits zu ersten Umsatzverlusten. Unternehmen können die offenen Stellen nicht mehr oder nur qualitativ unzureichend besetzen. Die dringend notwendige Ausbildung des eigenen Nachwuchses ist zudem gefährdet, Auszubildende sind kaum noch in ausreichender Zahl zu finden. Wie kann also der Mittelstand, einer der größten Antreiber der deutschen Wirtschaft, auch in Zukunft für die jüngste Generation am Arbeitsmarkt attraktiv sein? Wie kann im Umkehrschluss diese junge Generation dem Mittelstand neue Impulse in Bezug auf Arbeit liefern, um die Stärke des Mittelstandes langfristig zu erhalten?
