Die Modebranche im Umbruch : Entwicklung des zukünftigen Einflusses von Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit auf die Einkaufsprozesse

Die Modebranche befindet sich in einer Phase des Umbruchs. Die Corona-Pandemie hat die Schwächen der Branche verdeutlicht und damit eine Entwicklung beschleunigt, die vorher bereits im Gange war. Das vorliegende Buch beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie die beiden Faktoren Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit die Entwicklung der Einkaufsprozesse in der Modebranche im DACH-Raum beeinflussen werden. Basierend auf den geführten Expert*innen-Interviews und der Literaturrecherche werden verschiedene Standpunkte diskutiert. Die Analyse zeigt, dass die beiden Faktoren – je nach Phase – einen unterschiedlich großen Einfluss auf die Prozesse haben werden. Beide Faktoren werden in den nächsten Jahren im Einkauf deutlich an Relevanz gewinnen, insbesondere wird die Digitalisierung in weiterer Folge auch die Nachhaltigkeit der Einkaufsprozesse fördern. Die Einkäufer*innen werden sich zukünftig auf hybride Prozesse einstellen müssen, dafür bedarf es Schulungen zu beiden Faktoren, und es müssen sich Standards, sowohl im Zusammenhang mit der Nachhaltigkeit als auch mit der Digitalisierung, etablieren. Praktische Handlungsempfehlungen am Ende dieser Arbeit unterstützen die Einkaufsverantwortlichen bei den ersten Schritten zu digitalen und nachhaltigen Einkaufsprozessen Die Autorin Carolin Müßig schloss ihren Bachelor in Business Administration an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien ab. Berufsbegleitend studierte sie an der FH des BFI Wien sowie an der NTNU in Trondheim und hat ihr Masterstudium "Projektmanagement und Organisation" absolviert .
