Die Rolle der Mitglieder bei der Umsetzung von Fusionen – Analyse am Beispiel von Obstgenossenschaften in Südtirol
Zusammenfassung Fusionen sind unter Südtiroler Obstgenossenschaften eine weit verbreitete Wachstums und Entwicklungsstrategie. Insgesamt verlaufen die Fusionen der Obstgenossenschaften sehr erfolgreich und weitgehend problemlos. Die Genossenschaften schaffen es jedoch nicht immer, alle Mitglieder in den Fusionsprozess derart einzubinden, dass vollständige Zufriedenheit gegeben ist. Nachholbedarf besteht insbesondere bei der Kommunikation mit den Mitgliedern. Vor diesem Hintergrund widmet sich der vorliegende Beitrag der empirischen Analyse von drei in jüngerer Vergangenheit vollzogenen Fusionen in Südtiroler Obstgenossenschaften.
