The extent of digital disruption was not really perceived by many financial intermediaries justa few years ago. It is clear in 2017 that the digital disruption will change the financial industryfar more widely than the regulatory avalanches did since the financial crisis: The business modelin the near future is the digital business model. This raises many questions: Who will be theowner of digital business models and how do labour markets change in the short and long run?Two key elements in the transformation are data (big data) and connectivity.
