Does Tourism Sector Increase Employment in Tertiary Sector in Greece?

In the present paper it will be shown econometrically that in Greece the growth of tourism sector does foster country's economic growth, but (although it decreases unemployment) it does not increase the share of the employment of the tertiary sector in the total volume of country's employment. The analysis covers the period 1983-2008. The elaboration of data is made feasible through the Eviews software
