Dynamic Quality Management of Live Streaming E-Commerce Supply Chain Considering Streamer Type

In this study, a differential game model is constructed for the situation of top streamer and ordinary streamer to study the influence of streamer type and its characteristic factors on the quality decision of live streaming e-commerce supply chain, explore the theoretical conditions for optimizing the trajectory of live streaming product quality under the two types, and analyze the causes of the current live streaming quality chaos and the solutions to break the situation. Results show that (1) the quality decision of the live-streaming supply chain is influenced by multiple factors and has no direct mapping relationship with the streamer types, and the level of supply chain quality decision in the situation of the top streamer is higher only when his influence is higher than the threshold; (2) revenue is the key factor influencing the quality improvement and product quality superiority of manufacturers, and only when the profit efficiency of manufacturers under the two types of streamers is higher than the threshold can the live streaming product quality trajectory be optimized over time; (3) when the top streamer is in the initial period or its commission rate is high, it is the advantageous area for the quality decision of the ordinary streamer, and thus, the ordinary streamer should seize the opportunity to take the initiative to improve the quality inspection technology, reduce the quality inspection cost, and break the monopoly of the top streamer from the product quality. However, when the top streamer is in the development period or its commission rate is low, it is a disadvantageous area for the quality decision of the ordinary streamer, and thus, it should rationally analyze the characteristic law of the top streamer and adopt a conservative strategy
