Economia sommersa e crescita economica in presenza di complementarietà tra innovazione e capitale umano

In this paper the irregular sector has a negative influence on innovation, education and economic growth. It is assumed that the illegal behaviour of entrepreneurs has costs in terms of competences that could be useful for innovation adoption. Due to strategic complementarity between education and innovation, the irregular sector brings about lower adoption of innovations and lower investment in human capital.
