More specifically, this study presents the data regarding the association between the economic activity indepedently carried out with the credit received from the Grameen Bank by the women of two villages, viz., Bhatpara and Panchdona, in Narsingdi district of Bangladesh, and differences, if any, in the status of the loanee and the non loanee women.
