Effect of Trust, Team Spirit, Work Planning and Communication on Organisational Climate

This paper will put light on the effect of trust, team spirit, work planning and communication on organisational climate. The most important predictor/indicator of an organisational performance is organisational climate. If an organisational climate of any organisation is good and it gives their employees sustainable atmosphere to work on then, employees also able to give their best in an organisation which leads to the success of an organisation. Further, the effect of an interpersonal relations (Trust, Team Spirit, Work planning and communication) on organisational climate and how these dimensions effect an organisational climate will also be discussed in this research paper
