Eigenheimrentenmodell oder Zwischenentnahmemodell: Welche Rechtslage integriert die eigengenutzte Immobilie besser in die Altersvorsorge?
Das in dem staatlich geförderten und nachgelagert besteuerten Riester-Vertrag angesparte Kapital kann zum Erwerb einer eigengenutzten Wohnimmobilie eingesetzt werden. Im Zuge des Eigenheimrentengesetzes wurden die Bedingungen der Entnahme und Rückführung von Riester-Kapital flexibler gestaltet. Für den Anleger stellt sich somit die Frage, ob das modernisierte Entnahmemodell - Eigenheimrentenmodell - eine sinnvolle Alternative zu Eigen- bzw. Fremdkapital sowie eine Verbesserung zum Zwischenentnahmemodell darstellt.
