Ein Ansatz zur Bestimmung kundenindividueller Finanzierungslösungen am Beispiel gekoppelter Absatzund Finanzierungsgeschäfte
Für Unternehmen in wettbewerbsintensiven Märkten, welche gekoppelte Absatz- und Finanzierungsgeschäfteanbieten, sind kundenindividuelle Finanzierungslösungen erfolgskritisch.Ziel des Beitrags ist es daher anhand eines quantitativen Modells zwei Finanzierungslösungenzu vergleichen und eine für beide Seiten (Unternehmen und Kunde) vorteilhafteLösung zu bestimmen. Hierzu wird das klassische Annuitäten‐Darlehen mit konstanterAnnuität mit einem reinen Rückvergütungs-Darlehen verglichen, welches eine vollständigvariabilisierte Darlehensbedienung besitzt. Das kundenindividuelle Rückvergütungs-Darlehen ist aus einer integrierten Ertrags- und Risikosicht für beide Seiten vorteilhaft,da sich dabei das Risiko bei gekoppelten Absatz‐ und Finanzierungsgeschäften sowohlfür das Unternehmen (in Form des Absatzrisikos ihrer Produkte und des Risikos vonForderungsausfällen aus dem Finanzierungsgeschäft) als auch den Kunden (in Form seinesAusfallrisikos) zum Vorteil reduzieren lässt.
