Eine zukunftsfähige Bautätigkeitsstatistik
Carsten Schumann, Marianne Schepers, Alexander Weigert
There are great challenges with regard to building activity statistics. The Federal Government has set itself the goal of building 400,000 new homes per year and formed an Alliance for Affordable Housing for this purpose. Only three annual results per legislative term are currently available from the statistics of construction work completed for monitoring this goal of the Government. As a consequence, the development and the impact of policy measures can be monitored only to a limited extent. The article describes the need for action arising in various subject areas, names the stakeholders and outlines a comprehensive vision for building activity statistics that are fit for the future.$xH$4LF
