Eingliederungszuschüsse: Bewährtes Instrument mit zu vielen Varianten
Eingliederungszuschüsse sollen Personen mit Vermittlungshemmnissen in Beschäftigung bringen. Fach- und Führungskräfte in der Arbeitsverwaltung, betriebliche Personalverantwortliche und geförderte Arbeitnehmer haben sich in einer Befragung zu den Einsatzbedingungen des Instruments geäußert. Die Implementationsstudie, die das Institut Arbeit und Qualifikation (IAQ) in Kooperation mit dem IAB durchgeführt hat, zeigt bei den Eingliederungszuschüssen Verbesserungspotenziale auf. Die anstehende Instrumentenreform bietet die Chance, entsprechende Änderungen bald gesetzlich zu verankern.
