An Empirical Analysis of Effect of Knowledge Management Practices and Values on Organizational Performance mediated by Project Effectiveness

Knowledge management has been an important area of research, especially in the information age. This study is conducted to investigate the impact of knowledge management practices and values on organizational performance in telecom industry through the effectiveness of projects. Sample comprised of the 250 respondents form the telecom industry of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The results of the research reveal that the values and knowledge management practices have a significant positive impact on organizational performance and effectiveness of the projects. Additionally, the effectiveness of the project has a significant mediating role between values and knowledge management practices. Implications and future directions of research are discussed
