Engineering Experience for the Non‐Engineer
A stint at British Aerospace between A levels and university is described. A training programme enabling increased understanding of engineering principles, with a “Design and Build” project as an integral part of it, is discussed with suggestions for adding to young people′s interest in the engineering industry.
