The article reveals the role of entrepreneurship as a source of innovation. The article considers the theory of innovative entrepreneurship by J. Schumpeter, in which innovations are considered the engine of economic development and the fundamental manifestations of economic dynamics. The purpose of the work is to provide scientific arguments to support the hypothesis that entrepreneurship, generating innovations, contributes to the development of human capital at the national, corporate, and individual levels
