Erfolg und Erfolgsfaktoren freiberuflich tätiger Ärzte: Ergebnisse der FFB-Ärzteumfrage für Niedersachsen
Das Interesse am Gesundheitswesen hat in den vergangenen Jahren erheblich zugenommen. Politik und Gesellschaft müssen sich einer Auseinandersetzung mit den Strukturen des Gesundheitswesens, insbesondere mit den Aufgaben und deren Vergütung, die von den verschiedenen Leistungsanbietern erbracht werden, stellen.Um dies zu leisten, bedarf es insbesondere unter einzelwirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten aussagekräftige, theoretisch fundierte Analysen. Ziel der hier vorliegenden Untersuchung ist die Analyse des Erfolgsverständnisses niedergelassener Ärzte und die Identifikation kritischer Erfolgsfaktoren auf der Grundlage eines theoriegeleiteten Modells auf der Basis der breit angelegten FFB-Ärzteumfrage für Niedersachsen.
