Erhöhte Risiken für die Weltwirtschaft
Mit rund 4% nahm die Weltproduktion im vergangenen Jahr erneut rasch zu. Im Läufe des zweiten Halbjahres kam es jedoch aufgrund der schweren Finanzkrise in Südostasien zu erheblichen retardierenden Einflüssen. Verschiedentlich wird sogar befürchtet, daß die Krise auf andere Regionen übergreift und weltweit in eine Deflation oder gar Depression mündet. Sind diese Befürchtungen berechtigt?
