Evaluation of EC co-operation with the LAO PDR : Final Report ; Volume 1

The overall purpose of this evaluation is to ensure accountability for the use of allocated resources as well as to promote a lesson-learning culture in EC development cooperation. The main specific objectives of the evaluation were: •to provide the relevant external co-operation services of the EC and the wider public with an overall independent assessment of the Commission’s past and current cooperation relations with the Lao PDR; •to identify key lessons in order to improve the current and future strategies and programmes of the Commission.
