Factor Analysis of Organizational Innovativeness Under Studied on Foreign Embassies in Thailand

Innovation becomes the most important keyword in today’s fast-moving world and highly-competitive several organizations. This paper aimed to explore the determinant factors to affect the capability to innovate organization and used method to gather the data on 74 foreign missions in Thailand. The quantitative section involved collecting data from 285 embassy officials via questionnaire. The finding revealed that the survey from embassy officials of the foreign missions in Thailand. The embassy officials understood the concept of innovation, and all of factors to affect the capability to innovate organization. When considering the quantitative data it was found that the mean of all factors, and the relationship between organizational environments human resource management learning organization and knowledge management was positive, and the factors that could predict organizational innovativeness were to meet the needs of both internal and external customers, the cooperation between agencies, training and development, reward, the change of leader support organization, sufficient resources and knowledge sharing. Overall all hypotheses except hypotheses 1 and 2 are supported organizational Structure, performance evaluation, open minded. This implies that all significant factors important affecting organizational innovativeness, and effort to build innovation start moving to “Innovative Organization"
