Fehlerkorrekturmodelle und die Bewertung von Aktienkursindizes: Empirische Analyse zur Eignung des Konzepts
Die Fundamentalanalyse des Aktienkursindexes kann zur Ermittlung des Gleichgewichtskurses für diesen Index herangezogen werden. Meist genügen bereits wenige makroökonomische Variablen zur Erklärung eines solchen Gleichgewichts- oder Fundamentalpfads, der dem Börsenanalytiker die Aufdeckung schwerwiegender Fehlbewertungen beim allgemeinen Kursniveau erlaubt. Die I(1)-Eigenschaft des Aktienkursindexes und seiner erklärenden Größen bedingen Gleichgewichtsabweichungen, die Stationarität aufweisen sollten. Dementsprechend stellt ein Fehlerkorrekturmodell die geeignete Spezifikationsform dar, um den Fundamentalpfad zu bestimmen. Bei Anwendungen wird das Fehlerkorrekturmodell häufig mit einem OLS-Schätzer für Einzelgleichungen ermittelt. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht die Güte dieser Schätzungen. Desweiteren wird mit dem VAR-Ansatz nach Johansen die Anwendbarkeit des Einzelgleichungsmodells überprüft.
