Financial Management Focus on Globalization of the Italian Manufacturing Industry Through 'Distretti Industriali'

Many enterprises successful at home show their deficiencies abroad because they don't analyse their structure, their financial potential and their targets. The author, after considering some critical elements which may be considered the ingredients of “success abroad”, has focussed on the unique “distretti industriali” (industrial districts) as a catalyst of techno-economic and industrial development with a strong orientation towards the international market. The author's research findings reveal immense scope for furthering Italian techno-economic cooperation and collaboration with Japan, France and Croatia, etc., and every enterprise mission should be: strong at home to excel abroad
