This work summarizes fintech development in Thailand and identifies the challenges andpotentials for further advancement. The existing businesses in peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding,robo-advisor, and smart contract are presented, and the related literature is reviewed for analysis andrecommendations for the respective field. With the benefit of increased efficiency and reduction incost, fintech improves social welfare and promotes social equality
