Fit für den Wettbewerb mit LLL und Kooperationen? Kein Wundermittel - aber unverzichtbar
Life Long Learning (LLL) Strategien und praxisorientierte, wissensintensive Kooperationen können kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) helfen, für den europäischen und globalen Wettbewerb fit zu werden. Die Länder und die EU unterstützen im Rahmen verschiedener Programme die Entwicklung solcher Ansätze. Es gibt wenige Beispiele für den erfolgreichen Einsatz von LLL Strategien in KMU. Viele KMU handeln allein anstatt auf Kooperationen zu setzen. Nachhaltige LLL Strategien für KMU orientieren sich an deren Unternehmenslernkulturen und Unternehmenszielen und sollten verschiedene Lernansätze und Techniken kombinieren, um attraktive und effiziente Trainingsprogramme zu schaffen. Web 2.0 Anwendungen sollten bei der Entwicklung und dem Training von kooperativen und personalisierten LLL Ansätzen, sozial-kulturellem Austausch und der Bildung von Kooperationen wie Praxisgemeinschaften (Communities of Practice - CoP) eingesetzt werden.
