Framework for better health care in Israel
When people talk of organizational change they tend to assume that the changes being made must be for the better. This does not follow, of course, and there is nothing inevitable about progress in the right direction. Much depends on the suitability of the initiatives within the context of the organization. The instigators of the RAF Method for Regulation, Assessment, Follow‐up and Continuous Improvement, however, were on firm ground. Uniquely, their method was adapted to the needs of the organizational framework before implementation.
