Frauen als Leistungsträgerinnen des Gesundheitswesens
Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Einkommen von Arbeitnehmerinnen im Gesundheitsbereich. Neben den Verdiensten von Ärztinnen und Arbeitnehmerinnen im extramuralen Betreuungsbereich wurden vor allem jene von Krankenschwestern und Pflegehelferinnen genauer betrachtet. Die Sekundärstatistiken zeigen, dass jede zehnte erwerbstätige Frau inzwischen im Gesundheitswesen arbeitet und dass die Durchschnittseinkommen in diesem Bereich niedriger sind als die allgemeinen Durchschnittseinkommen - Männer müssen sich hier also an die Fraueneinkommen "nach unten" anpassen. Eine genaue Analyse der Kollektivverträge und Besoldungsordnungen zeigt deutlich, dass der Bereich von Uneinheitlichkeit geprägt ist: Es existieren neun Kollektivverträge, ein Mindestlohntarif und neun Landesbesoldungsordnungen mit einem jeweils undurchschaubaren Zulagensystem. Am wenigsten verdienen die Arbeitnehmerinnen in den privaten Krankenanstalten bzw. jene Arbeitnehmerlnnen, die in den östlichen Bundesländern arbeiten. Die politischen Forderungen, die sich aus der Analyse ableiten, sind eine Vereinheitlichung der Kollektivverträge, Durchlässigkeiten in der Ausbildung und eine klare Kampfansage an Lohndumping in diesem Bereich.
